Jana Wirth for Vision

I really don’t have much to say other than this is such a beautiful editorial, Candela Spring 2011 is on point, someone should buy me that Caroline Seikac dress, and Jana Wirth is hot/makes me want to chop all my hair off and bleach it.

Because I love the Scandinavians just as much as I love spring.. Acne Spring 2011

Swedish brand Acne is keeping it very minimal and relaxed this Spring.  Aside from a few bright pops of red, the color scheme is very neutral: all shades of whites, creams, greys, navys and blacks.

I’m pretty much obsessing over all of it, but that’s how I feel about Acne’s collections every season.  I’m loving the mix of sheer chiffons and oversized knits.. and of course the frequence of hotpants.  AND JESUS, THE STUDDED LEATHER!

But it’s not even about the clothes. I mean, the clothes are amazing and Acne is probably one of my favorite brands out there right now, but it’s really all about the SHOES.

Holy. Shit.

Functional?  No. Amazing? Duh.  The new Alexander McQueen armadillos? Quite possible.

Paying homage to the Renaissance-era “block” shoes and Japanese geisha-in-training okobo shoes, they will certainly add height to your look in a very non-traditional way. And you’ll probably trip.

As seen on Jessica Stam in the February issue of W Korea, paired with a gorgeous, flowing Rick Owens maxi dress.

Le sigh.  One day I’ll be rich.
